Another trying 1st Hot Sauce

I've made a sauce :onfire:  that the few that have tried really like... We canned it and notice separation as it sits on shelf in canning jar. Is that normal :?:  :?:
 
Next question is how to get it out so others can try(some kind of packaging), as the closest town is 15 miles away...
 
Any suggestions would be appreaciated..
 
I make a lot of super hot sauce. The only time I had separation is when I put too much vinegar and not enough carrot. You can also use pectin that is used in jams. It will bind everything together and prevent separation. Also you can buy woozy bottles on line
And design your own label. If you need a recipe let me know. Andrew
