Hey there, I am new to the internet community of pepper growers and I would like to share a little bit about what peppers mean to me and what I grow. To me peppers have been something for me and many other people to relate to each other with. Peppers have had a large affect on my life whether it was bonding with my dad or keeping myself busy through cooking or learning about on a rainy day. I like to use pepper in my homemade salsa mainly and many other foods. I am going to try to keep this short. What I currently grow/help my dad grow are jalapenos, serranos, habaneros, and (of course) the bhut jolokia pepper. I have yet to actually use the dried pods of the bhut jolokia peppers and if you have suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them.
