I do not think they exist. The plastic woozies that I use are only good up to 140 degrees, which is not feasible for the hot pack and hold. Will be watching to see if you find any.
Polypropylene bottles should fit your purpose. These can stand boiling but not much more. But still, if it are hand outs I would still go for fancy Glass bottles. They are generally much cheaper per box than per bottle. ~15 Small bottles loose cost me as much as a box of 96 (same Brand, type). That should last you a few seasons. Most local brewery shops can order them for you.

Just a Dutch site (which is quite expensive). Most of that crap is made by a select group of manufacturers. Your local brewery store can generally sell at lower prices. Just to give you an idea of christmas bottles;
