Hi, I'm from montreal,québec and I will be in Boston next week-end for a rock show.... I'm diying to go fishing but everywhere I asked on fishing forums, nobody answered. So far, THP.com has the most active users that I know of.... Anyone can help me by sharing a fishing spot near or in Boston? Thanks for your help!

Bass and panfish can be had in most lakes and rivers. It's all what you're looking for. Be aware that Massachusetts will require you to have a non-resident freshwater fishing license which you can get by the day, or for a year, and it will also require to have a saltwater permit if you fish there. You can purchase both online at the above website. Good luck

Thank you very much, you actually made my day! Yes I'm very aware about the fishing permits thank you. I will be fishing from shore so I guess that saltwater fishing will not be the best option for me (sad because of the striped bass pics I've seen). Actually, I will be more looking for large/smallmouth bass because I'm not equipped for anything heavier than 20 pounds. Any ''specific-well known-by-everyone-spots'' to share anybody?
