According to authentic recipes for Kung Pao Chicken the pepper used should be "Facing Heaven Pepper" which I cannot seem to find locally. I have been trying to source some seeds or dried peppers but have drawn a blank.
Has anyone here succesfully grown these peppers and where did you get your seed ? Pictures please.
