So I reached out to them via email and this is what their response was:
"Greetings Stephen,
Thank for your order. There was an error and the incorrect bags were supposed to have all been removed, I apologize for the inconvenience and will have another two packages shipped to you today.

I haven't received them yet but am trying to remain optimistic. Will post again if the new package arrives containing my missing product.
