Anyone use Whey protein powders?

Just curious as to what brand you use?
I am going to order this one as it comes highly recommended by many people.

Yes, I used them will doing p90x this past winter into spring. I used the one you posted and Myotein. I am starting p90x2 first week of Nov and using their Shakeology.

Muscle Milk Vanilla.
It's the only whey that I can stomach.

Have you tried the one above?
I did some research and found some really bad reviews of Muscle Milk on bodybuilding forums.

My cousin uses this one also I believe.
He is a pro natural bodybuilder in Oregon.
Not bad for 50 years old huh? Helps when you own your own World's Gym too. ;)

Yeah I'm aware of the good and bad..
That's why it is only a supplement to my diet.
I ride a bicycle everywhere, and this aids in recovery for me.
Check out cold processed whey.. Way outside of my budget, but if I could afford it I'd go that route.

Probably no reason to even consider it as I doubt it has that much of a different effect on assimilation.
Some people say the 100% egg protein is even better but it is pricey. Same with the Casein protein which would be the best as a before bedtime drink as it's slower absorption keeps your body's protein needs met for the night. Of course once again the egg protein is slower than whey as well.
