Apricot lime marinade.

After experimenting with quite a few recipes, this one stands out; sans chutneys.  
 
This batch has been sitting a little over 2 weeks and works amazing as a marinade.
 
15 oz apricot
 
2 juiced limes
 
1/4 cup brown sugar
 
9 bhut jolokias
 
 5 oz white onion
 
1 oz red onion
 
1 oz garlic
 
1 oz ginger
 
3/4 cup apple juice
 
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 
 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
 
1/4 tsp cumin
 
EDIT: on the -1 oz garlic- ( stupid drunk fingers)

I think this would be good on fish that has a crust, sear up some mahi on the grill, brush with this and let bond a minute. Serve.
 
Seared pork chop too.
 
Realized i did not include the cooking down for 15 mins part and double processing, oh well. However, it taste like it would go great on fish!  Making a market run tomorrow because reasons.
