Are these Cayennes?

I've grown a Cayenne pepper plant last summer and the peppers were pretty small. I'm growing this one now and the peppers are huge in comparison to the ones I grew last year. Are these cayennes? (12oz can for size reference)

They look a lot like Jimmy Nardello's to me. If they have no heat they are prolly Jimmy Nardello's
I've never even heard of those. Weird. They were labeled as cayenne, but I just couldn't tell. Do ya think there's a chance they could be cayenne?

Yea they could be Large Cayenne. They look a hell of a lot alike. Eat a green one, if it has heat its large cayenne, no heat and its a jimmy nardello I figure.

Could still be cayenne. I've grown cayenne that produced sweet pods without heat initially and hot pods later in the season.

Looks Like Cayenne Thick or Nardello to me. I also grow some thicks and not all are hot. So you should probably reverse it; if some have heat its Cayenne if none then Nardello.
