Are these guys goners?

My opinion, I'd pull them. The Peruvian White Hab looks pretty much done. As for the Chocolate Bhutlah, looks like it's going as well.

Where did you get the Chocolate Bhutlah seeds??!

Hmm.... hard to say, IMO, but I agree - it's early enough to start over. But here's some food for thought when you do... The soil looks almost like a puddle around the sprouts, which is not good for them. Keep them moist but not soggy wet. Get a fan on them so the surface of the soil dries out. Don't water every day, nor even every other day, but let them dry out a tad (not bone dry, though) between waterings. Better to bottom-water when possible.
 
As a new member and as well to growing, by the looks of the pictures I would say that they appear to need less water, as mentioned above.  I too am guilty of that habit of overwatering.  It is a bad habit of mine.
