Hmm.... hard to say, IMO, but I agree - it's early enough to start over. But here's some food for thought when you do... The soil looks almost like a puddle around the sprouts, which is not good for them. Keep them moist but not soggy wet. Get a fan on them so the surface of the soil dries out. Don't water every day, nor even every other day, but let them dry out a tad (not bone dry, though) between waterings. Better to bottom-water when possible.
As a new member and as well to growing, by the looks of the pictures I would say that they appear to need less water, as mentioned above. I too am guilty of that habit of overwatering. It is a bad habit of mine.
