ASK THE NEXT PERSON ANYTHING ! GAME !

Not me.  On wheels I have about as much balance as a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest.  All of my coordination is in my hands, hence the yo-yoing.

What are your favorite things about the Fall?

1) the fact that my peppers finally ripen
2) the crisp cold in the air
3) summer crazy, busy has slowed at work
4) my wife in boots
5) changing colors
6) the smell of burning leaves

Would you agree that it's all about the little things?

I don't know about "all".  Maybe 95.6%.

What do you do with all of the unripened pods on your plants at the end of the season?

I've never done anything with unripened pods before.  This will be my first year...and I think I'll be making some powder.  Thanks for the idea.

What are your top 5 pepper varieties?

Yes sir!  But only if it doesn't have HFCS in it.  I really should learn how to make my own though.

What's a good BBQ sauce recipe?

I have made it before, but was just so so. Not all that hard to make. What is tough is making it good. Some like it sweet. Some like it smokey. Some want tangy. I usually just buy it.

Who makes you fav BBQ sauce?

Are you gonna try pickling? Its pretty easy.

After process they are good to go in about a week. Last for a long time if left un- opened. Once opened last a decent while in fridge ( like store bought pickles) The water bath make them safe. Just perform cleanly and water bath and the rest is super easy. A bit of pickling salt, some pickling spice, a bit of sugar, vinegar, water and you are set.

Ever added a superhot to a jar of store bought pickles? Oh hell yea!!
