Thick salmon steak

Small bay shrimp

Stuffing mix

Basic white sauce


Cook up shrimp with shallots and mix with any good stuffing. Stuff salmon, cook on sove top till just done. Cover withwhite sauce.

Home Depot, we don't have much Lowe's here in Canada. Google Maps seems to show about 10 Lowes in Canada, and a ton in the US.
