Well JMO.....For good heat and great flavour...I'd say the chocolate hab on a beef burger...But i guess it would also depend on the type of burger...Fatalii for a chicken burger....

Yeah, sounds pretty good to me. Don't know if I've had many chicken burgers though.

How about a pepper for a pork burger?
 
Sounds perfectly fair to me - I screwed up twice! There was a large amount of alcohol involved yesterday and I wasn't thinking straight.
