I originally placed an order with Atlantic Pepper Seeds on Nov. 7, 2019, I got an email on Nov. 9, 2019 that the order was shipped. I had not received it by Dec. 9, 2019 so I called and left a message. Jason contacted me back by email and said he would reship the order. He resent my order on Dec. 12, 2019 and I received it today Dec. 26, 2019. He did this at no extra charge to me so at this point I will consider Jason a stand-up guy running a stand-up company. I plan to order more from him as he has a huge selection. Received an APS order today.  It took 12 days.  Not bad at all.  No issues or complications.  I'll check out the germination come February.
