Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill ... I am sitting at work waiting to start my over night shift ... a little bit bored ... and so I am releasing this a bit early 8-)
 
So with that ... It is time for another sauce review and this time Slosh & Calais get to try Atom Splitter from Pex Peppers ...

This sauce was obviously scaring us a little ... 
 
It had a strong smell of fresh peppers/chillies ... it had that initial burst of sweetness that was quickly followed by a really good burn ... this sauce really does taste of moruga chillies which for me is a brilliant thing... 
 
I really liked this one ... the sweet mixed with the nice heat was really really good ... A definite must try for chilli-heads ...

Great review! I have this sauce, and I feel the same about it. Great sauce!
 
If you haven't tried it yet, Pex also does a sauce called Killer Swarm, which is more popular. It really looks like this heat wise.

Singularity was so much hotter ;-) .... that review should be going up Sunday 8-) .... but yes this one was damn hot ...
