Authentic Trinidad and Tobago hot sauce recipes

anyone got any good recipes from Trinidad for hot sauce?  I want to make something authentic.

Berties hot sauce is some really good stuff. They do a pimento sauce as well which has amazing flavor with mild to medium heat  I would like to know what pepper the pimento is so I could grow some.

I would assume pimento pepper would be a pimento berry, which looks like a peppercorn.  In the states it is called an Allspice berry.
