Avatars?

A little help needed from the collective, please.

Does anyone have some good suggestions on where to go on the Web to find some good avatars? We haven't been able to find pics cool or small enough in size to use for our profile here.

Pretty much any pic can be resized thru Windows Paint or even photo editor.
 
You can resize images in a paint or photo program.
 
Tried the whole resizing thang with a couple of pics. It worked OK, I guess, so at least we're not one of the few without avatars who do a fair amount of posting.

Do a google (Image) search of any subject you want than resize with photo draw or some other photo editing program.

I was looking for an appropriate thread to throw this comment in:
