WOW man this stuff is excellent!!!
Hot enough to light my Christmas fire fo true.
What did you use for heat? I'm kind of getting a Yellow 7 flavor?
Perfect heat/flavor combination.

That looks great. I tried to make some peanut brittle like that last year, but it didn't turn out right. That looks right.
 
One bite, and it just melts in your mouth.

Then the heat builds. Very addicting.

I think I am supposed to share with SL, but she better, git. here.
 
That stuff looks like it should be mine! Jealous as a Mofo. I love me some toffee and have never had it with peppers in it.... Hells yeah!
I'm thinking.... chunked up in some chocolate ice cream would hit the spot about now!

SL there were two bags in there - one intended for you! Make sure scovie don't get all messed up and inhale them both. Been making toffee and other candies for years, it's a family tradition. First year for the fire toffee though! I used naga morich powder that I made from some of the awesome specimens i got from joyners last month. My next spicy candy venture will be fudge!

Maybe I'll take bribes for who wants some of that!

Well thanks guys! I'm sad now that I didn't send a better batch! Normally I put the chocolate on both sides and it doesn't have that tiny bit of chewiness. But I'm very glad that you enjoyed it and I'll keep you guys in mind next holiday season when I make it again ;)
 
I don't think it's chewy, it crumbles nice on the first bite, then it just melt in my mouth.

Believe CJ^^^ she knows her Toffee. :)
