Last night was "Shrimp Tempura with amazing fried rice and ginger dipping sauce and hot mustard dipping sauce and stir fried veggies" Night

So today can NOT be Pancake day, savvy? Just kidding, but consider making it shrimp tempura night. I can get you the recipe for the ginger sauce if you want. It was TOO good.

To make the real tempura batter use rice flour makes a big difference.

Where's the beer batter recipe Cheezy?
Actually what would be a good batter for poppers or onion rings?

Beer batter is basically beer and enough flour to thicken it.

The tempura batter would be great on rings. It is also really good on carrots!
