BBQ chicken wings!

Here's my Dr pepper BBQ hot Wings Recipe.

Here's the ingredients you will need.

*A pinch of Salt.
*A pinch of Pepper.
*A small to medium container of BBQ sauce, "I used my homebrew Dr Pepper BBQ
sauce for this recipe."
*A small to medium container of Brown suger.
*Uncooked Chicken wings about 12 or so wings. (serves one to two people).
*1 Habanero


Step 1. Preparing the Dr pepper BBQ Sauce for the wings, Take one Habanero drop

it in the BBQ sauce "you can use any sauce you want" and let the sauce sit in the

fridge for 1-2 hours.

"Take the Habenero out as soon as you slather the bbq sauce on your wings!

Step 1A.Cover the pan tray with foil and turn your broiler on to 375.

Step 3.Place a long sheet of foil length wise on your counter top.

Step 4.Place the chicken as shown.

Step 5. Salt one side of the wings as shown.

Step 6. Pepper one side of the wings as shown.

Step 6. Now the tricky part, Set your micro wave's timer for 5:00 minutes and place

the wings on the top rack of your oven "or in the broiler" as soon.

Step 7.Take out the wings and leave the broiler on.

Step 8.Now do Step 5 & 6 again, so it looks like this.

Step 9.Step 10.Now sprinkle each wing on both sites with Brown Suger as soon.

Step 10.Put the wings back into the broiler for another 5:00 Minutes and wait.

Step 11.Take out the wings, let cool for 2 minutes, then slather one side with BBQ

sauce as shown.

Step 12.Do step 11 on the other side of the wings.

Step 13.Put the wings back into the oven for 30 minutes and let cook fully.

Step 14. Take the wings out of the oven and dish up.

The heat isn't going to transfer through the skin like that.

If it's for non-heat-tolerant folks, don't use habs....use cayenne or arbol powder and call it a day. Hell, my fam calls black pepper 'spicy'. ;)

I don't see the point...all ya did was make your habanero messy & annoyed. ;)
