BEER!

Tonight a Uinta Anniversary Barley Wine XVI, Vintage 2009, bottled 2/20/09. About 1.5 years on this bottle and its holding up very well.

Cheers!

How'd you like the Nosferatu, Tkromer? For me the second try was MUCH better than the first.

Samuel Adams winter pack for me tonight. Starting with the Chocolate Bock.

I loved the Nosferatu, I've had 3 bottles in 5 days now. It's a strong ale, which I always compare to Arrogant Bastard (for better or worse), but it's really unlike AB entirely. Smoother, sweeter (but not in a bad way), citrusy and all together different for a strong ale.

Last night I had an Ayinger Octoberfest, which has been in my fridge overlooked for almost 6 weeks. Pretty good, but there are better Octoberfests for the money.

Tonight a very nice brew from Mayflower Brewing Company, Mayflower Barley Wine. They put out some pretty tasty brew's, always a pleasure drinking them.

Cheers!

last night we did a 25 beer tasting at a friends house

trying to find the pictures on facebook, once I do, ill throw them up

Had dinner in Pittsburgh at the Fat Head's Saloon and picked up 7 new beers in the beer store upstairs. For dinner I had their 'Killer Wings' which were decently hot and a Terrapin Indian Brown Ale to drink. Tasted like an IPA with coffee beans.
