BEER!

Ok tonight is the second new Samuel Adams Griffin's Bow. A very nice Barley Wine.

In a word, Yum!

I am breaking into my stash today.

Not my favorite, but not bad either. It has less spice than I am used to in a Christmas Ale, and a bit more hops.

Oh yeah! I rarely have a Bell's that I don't like and this is no exception. Nice big head, good mouthfeel, creamy, nice spice, big flavor and nice aftertaste.

Not my favorite style, but I love West Coast IPA by Green Flash, so I thought what they heck. Not bad, but WC IPA is better. It did have a nice head with lots of lacing, but I left it sit too long before the picture.

One of my favorite IPAs because of the Simcoe hops

And finally two of my favorite beers of all. One before and one after midnight last night.

I went to the beer store today and picked up a few singles. Gonna give them a shot over the long weekend. First up,

Also, JT, do you find it difficult to drink multiple non-Nascar beers over the course of a night? Sometimes I feel like it is a bit much on my palette to have more than 2 or so IPAs. That, or they ruin my palette all together. What says you, man of many beers?
