Bear with me as this is my first TD.. I present you the fixings for the "Squeelin Cheezer"

100_3343.jpg

Fresh ground beef, two habaneros, two datils, a massive jalapeno, spice mix, tomato, Ghost in the Darkness sauce and monterey jalapeno cheese.

1lb thawed ground beef seasoned with the hots and spices, split into 1/2lb sections.
Pattied up into 2 sections and stuffed with 5 slices of monterey jalapeno cheese and pressed together.
Cooked at 300F on the grill with pearwood added for a smoky flavor.
Topped with Ghost in the Darkness and tomato for a spicy kick.

Hmm, it wont let me edit my post. Forgot to add that I cooked at 300F for 20 minutes, can't add smoked bacon to my ingredient list and tried to add a new picture since I only showed 78 cents. :(

Edit: Ignore the lint roller..I must now cry in shame.

Yes Mr. Elium, that burger looks fan-*drool*-tastic. Good job homey. But it will cower in the shadow of magnificence soon enough...
