I haven't tried pure evil yet. Sounds like it's up my alley. We all know how I feel about extract sauces but a pure cap i'm sure is completly different than that bitter garbage [SIZE=11.6667px]that's popular on market shelves as a novelty. [/SIZE]

ZERO flavor. I mean nothing, nadda, neicht. But trust me when I tell you, you WILL chase that dragon after just one drop on your tongue. And it's definitely not a novelty sauce. It's for serious heat lovers that want more heat without changing the flavor. Like some sauce makers love it because they can add the consistent heat from PE without depending on fresh "hit and miss" heat levels from peppers, thusly not changing their coveted recipe.
