It was 'Swiss' for all intents and purposes ...
 
You can have a *MUCH* better time with other cheeses ...
 
It's apparently not TRULY the king of melt, either - just because they melt it ...
 
Mexican melting cheese kicks it's ass back to Europe ...
 
 
Asadero (Oaxaca) makes killer queso fundido... speaking of, that queso fundido posted was awesome. Have to look later.
