Work is valid. Not knowing is not - as my kids like to say, "the internet is your friend." TD's are a great chance to reach beyond your culinary knowledge! You may well find a new food to love.

Worse still the 'wang drummettes which I took a chance on, taste like nasty butt.
 
In all honesty I couldn't post this crap and call it good and make an entry that would stand up.
