Prime Rib Roast-
Heated the grill and dutch oven pan to 550F, had the roast all rubbed up with salt, pepper and garlic. Seared it for about 25 minutes and then turned the grill down to 325F and slow-cooked that baby for 2 1/2 hours. Pulled it off the grill when internal temp was 145F, covered it and let it rest while the rest of the stuff got grilled.

Dinner is ready-
We had a most enjoyable dinner together and just sat and visited on the deck for an hour after we were done eating, it was such a lovely evening. The best compliment that could be said was that they were both commenting still this morning about how great that prime rib roast turned out on the grill.
Even the dog got in on the scraps action! Happy Dog!
Happy Independence Day Everyone!
