Awesome pictures man. I think the mystery hab might be a peach hab, that is sort of what mine are looking like.
 
Those "Marbles" are really nice looking plants! Are they mostly for show, or do the peppers taste decent as well? Most of the ornamentals I've eaten don't do much for the taste buds, but those look nice and fat!
 
I tried one to find that out, they have a decent spice, but they taste pretty horrible haha. I'm picking them at various colors to dry them too
 
Healthy looking plants, and a plenty of pods. Where did you get that bhut? Would be nice to get different strains, mine are more pointed and crinkly/bumpy looking.
