Cucumber sours today. Pinot noir barrel aged cucumber sours tomorrow. : )

Doing a can release of this today, hopefully I can make it on lunch.  It's only been on draft so far at the brewery and its got pretty good reviews

it's really good, got a nice heat to it too, lips are burning. I do enjoy a nice simple pepper sauce. I'm going to take the pickles to work and torture some co workers. 
 
Look forward to trying the rub. Most the ingredients are what I was thinking for one my rubs so will be good to compare.
