$20 for a howler fill? Must be some good stuff just depends on what you get. I can get a 64oz howler filled for as low as 7 bucks (Dales Pale Ale) if I was tight on cash..

The brew is definitely high grade.     
 
And they got me good and buzzed before I left wit my howlers from about 8 two oz tastings
 
The most amazing beer I tasted there was not available in growlers though, only in house
