My last brewery tour T Wellington, the were showing off their new centrifuge separator. Not only does it remove solids but it retains more hop oils and they get more beer per run. Apparently a lot of smaller breweries are moving to it over traditional DE filters and it is improving taste as well as saving them money.Thegreenchilemonster said:Crack a can of Aslin IPA tomorrow GS, and you will see that NEIPA doesn't have floaties. It is just an opaque hop juice for you to enjoy.
I would definitely still drink some of that Stone beer, though.
Will do. Have that and the Oatmeal Stout from BB. Maybe I will have one when I get home. Driving isn't until 9.FreeportBum said:drink the red can first just cause I waited over an hour for that one...lol
The Hot Pepper said:These are dangerous 9.1s, reminiscent of Founders All Day IPA with a sappier/pinier profile and sweeter taste. Nose is piney, taste is hoppy and honey sweet but not overpowering, aftertaste is a nice lingering bitterness with a bit of the dank. You could crush a sixer in no time.
