Lays, I mean Ballast has some new flavors huh?
Ballast was the craft darling of 2015 for the mainstream and never really had an interest past the grapefruit to be honest... they capitalized on the flavor thing, went nuts, and sold half the company, so sure they were smart and you can't fault them for being wise, but the beer doesn't interest me.

Adding to my initial comments, it is boozy and has a scotch profile. All my initial comments stand but it gets boozier as it warms, and this pint has been sitting awhile. And reminiscent of single malt scotch in some ways. Lots of depth.

This one has more character and flavor than mine did.
