Stellar Parallax. The hop aroma is seriously like putting your nose in a freshly opened package of pellet hops. I mean, it's an absolute hop bomb. It has that super creamy mouthfeel that I love in Aslin's DIPAs, and a very pleasant bitterness. It seriously looks like a mix of gravy and grapefruit juice in the glass. It was canned two days ago, so I think a week in the can will mellow the insane hop aroma/bite a bit, but damn, this is a good DIPA.
