Time to wash that Tired Hands out of my mouth with a real NEIPA. I have had a few Tired Hands beers that are decent, but nothing in comparison to other DIPAs I've had lately.
This new batch of Mind the Hop is seriously AMAZING!!! One of the best IPAs I've ever had, Hands down...no pun intended.

I cracked open a west coast style DIPA for once...
Lots of Mosaic on the nose, and surprisingly good fluffy head retention for it's style. The mouthfeel is pretty lacking though, and it's a bit on the maltier side. I'm glad I got to try it though, because it reminds me that I'm brewing beer on par, or better than some commercial stuff.

Hehehehe. Buy some really shitty beers too, and you will assure yourself you are a master brewer.

Lol! This one would get a snifter and proper love at World of Beer, as well as standard shelf stuff, but it's weird for a local brewery to can a DIPA like this here in the NE. Also, the woman on the can, in the body bag, or smothering plastic sheet on her face, doesn't really scream, "come drink me!".The Hot Pepper said:Hehehehe.
