I cracked a bottle of wine a fellow line sitter gifted my wife and I a few months ago at Aslin. It's right up my alley, due to it being bone dry. It's a 9 barrel chardonnay, and is one of the best I've had of it's style. It is going to taste really well with butter, garlic, aji limo, bacon, and parsley for some mussels I'm about steam.
