This is a very tasty new DIPA from Aslin. The enigma hops really set this one off. It's got a super fruity aroma, more of the melon/papaya type of aroma. The flavor reminds me of honey dew/canteloupe, or if you could squeeze pure juice out of those melons.

Nice! Evil Twin has their stout game down! It surprises me I don't really dig their other stuff.

Damn, that's a serious pile of empties there, that must have been a fun night!

I bet those Narrow Gauges are good. OZ sent me a crowler of one of there juicy beers earlier this year, and it was super tasty.

I'm sure those Side Project cans will be good. I've had a few of their sours, and they are superb. If their IPAs are any comparison, I bet those will be some major hop bombs.

Aslin did a surprise release yesterday, and I was able to grab some cans.

Triple Orange Starfish. 12% ABV. Triple IPA. Triple Dry Hopped with citra and galaxy.

I suppose they could double distill it, then dry hop it 2 more times to make up for those extra legs.

My newest HB sour. Lacto, Sacch, Brett, Pedio, a bunch of cashew apples, and some rasberries.

It's so damn tasty!

Yeah man, I figured they would go well in a sour, and they definitely do. I cut off the cashew nut, and the bitter peel, before I racked the sour on top of the fruit.

I'm thinking of using nance fruit on another sour I have going right now. Nance fruit have a super funky flavor and aroma, that I think would comoliment a wour very well.
