I've got a chimney of charcoal fired up, to grill some anticuchos, despite the shite weather. I decided to crack open this can from Funk Brewing. It's a DIPA called prop. It pours like straight up OJ, and tastes the part. It's a bit light on that insane hop aroma from the Veil, OH, and Aslin DIPAs I've been drinking lately, but this beer is delicious.
