I pulled this bottle of HB mead to celebrate. It mixed perfectly to celebrate with this Aslin sour.

Thanks man!!! I was already cooking some Hatch green chile sweet potatoes to go along with the ribs, now it's good to know that our baby will be eating some tasty Hatch chiles in the womb!

A pineapple gose from Wellington I didn't bother posting up last night.

Decent enough beer but I am making the call that pineapple really isn't a flavour I care for in beer.

Have had this one stashed away for awhile hoping for a vertical if they would release again. This had a very bright fresh berry taste when it was release, which has faded a bit. A little more malt coming thru makes it taste like drinking blueberry pie.

Still delicious.
