Once you get into barrel aged stuff, you are paying for labor and time... consider it more like wine or scotch prices.
15%, so you get 4 beers worth of booze in one, essentially. Watch the video I posted, just to understand everything that goes into the beer. $11 a bottle is sooooo worth it.wrinklenuts said:Wow....$11.00 a bottle. It better be good. Lol
Nice! That was one epic brew right there!FreeportBum said:Sipping the goods with the old lady.

Love this time of year Maybe 12 people in here right now with 11 beers on tap and 4 in cans.
Cheers
Soooo cool. Great notion is supposed to be coming out with a barrel aged version of their double stack stout very soon.Thegreenchilemonster said:"Padrino is our attempt to capture the bold elements of Italian Espresso. We've added some vanilla to smooth the transition between the rough coffee edge and the sweet stout body. We also added a twist of lemon to brighten the beer and tease your senses a bit."
Ridiculously good! 15%, but drinks so smooth like an 8%er.
I got a peek at one of Aslin's barrel aging rooms today. Lots of good barrel aged brews on the way, apparently.
