I'll put it this way - there's still so much out there for me from ales and lagers in terms of hit-percentage, that I can't see pursuing sours anytime given my initial trials ...
Can't remember if I posted this already but this was a good sour a customer gave me. It's a mild sour and highly drinkable. Aunt Sally from Lagunitas aint bad either. I'm slowly but surely developing a taste for sours.
