Very true, but when I drink an IPA, it better be juicy! The Hot Pepper said:Once you drink too many juicy beers you crave the dank. Then you crave the crisp, or refreshing. Then, the stouts, and sours, etc. I love the NEIPA but rotation is key or they actually start to get a bit similar and boring. YES I said it.
Totally agree. I cycle through everything. Homebrewing helps too. Because I usually have 3 kegs full that are totally different. Although, they are all empty right now because my Berliner didnt turn out. Next stout is almost ready though and I have all the ingredients for another bomb ass ipa so its all good. The Hot Pepper said:Once you drink too many juicy beers you crave the dank. I still love stouts, saisons, and especially sours.
I'll try to remember that for next time, dude. I'm sure I sent you a few "piney hop bombs," lol. I still haven't seen that 'lawnmower' beer again, but I've been looking for it. I think it was called "Jack's Abbey, IPL." Listed as a lager, but it tasted like a nice, crisp IPAThegreenchilemonster said:Very true, but when I drink an IPA, it better be juicy!
You're probably right. I'm one of those guys who hates "change." In ALL aspects of my life, haha. Everybody here probably remembers me badmouthing "Froot Loop beers," hahaha. Now, it's all I want. Now that it's getting chilly out, maybe I should explore the stout "game." I've got easy access at the local package store to a shitload of Evil Twin stouts. Not sure I could get down with any pumpkin shit, but I said the same thing about Froot Loops, lolThe Hot Pepper said:Once you drink too many juicy beers you crave the dank.
