Three kinds of hops and 6 different kinds of herbs and spices define the rich taste of this Christmas beer. Top-class!"

Great Belgian, but a bit too much anise for me to call it world class. I love the house yeast from Brouwerij Het Anker. Normally so fruit forward, but the spices mask most of those esters

Very lame shelfie "barrel aged" stout.

I get little to no barrel aged character from the brew, plus the base beer isn't the sharpest tool in the shed

I don't chug them, just sip and enjoy, so that helps a lot. I also ate a big plate of pasta between beers.

BCBS, soooo nice! I'm grilling up some lamb chops and anticuchos. I'll be headed to DC tonight with some friends to get crafty. Got to coat the stomach the right way for some crafty escapades.

Parish is where its at, DDH Ghost in the machine and the regular variant for that matter, might be the best beers I've had this year. And Reve is certainly one of the best coffee milk stouts I've had period.

My new favorite beer besides Parish "Ghost in the Machine" which my closest store doesn't carry.
