Hells no! I'm getting smashed on Halloween and this thing is going to the office to decorate my cubicle :)
 
So you turned a yellow bell pepper, an empty bottle of beer and a cat into a red, glow in the dark pepper with a face??? Great job!
 
thats why it glows; the cat is under severe pressure inside the bell pepper and the beer is fuel added to the mix producing a flame from the pressurized cat burning the beer-fuel inside the bell pepper
 
Well, the beer bottle looks empty to me, so I'm not sure if I wanna know how the beer found it's way inside the pepper!!!
