Thought I would start this to warn anyone that's careless as I was yesterday to be more careful. I made Judy's bubblegum 7 pepper hot sauce last week. I thought I had cleaned up well. When making hot sauce there's always a mess to clean up. It's always bad on the lungs when making super hot sauce everyone knows this! But never get it on a hot cap of a stove that you just turned on high to cook something!!! It turns into a gas that will mess you up. First you have to turn off the cap while choking then run outside to breath. Then you must go back in to the house to air it out knowing you are going to get gassed again. After a hour or two it's out. Now you know why the Indian military uses it as a weapon. Members I hope people read this to make sure this stupid thing does not happen to you!!! Lol
