Bhut/Orange Hab Mustard

I have always wanted to try and make a mustard before so I figured I would give it a try and was glad I did because it turned out great. I think my next batch I will have to add Mustard seeds to the batch, because I am a big texture fan, I just didn't have time to soak them for 24 hours.

Ingredients:

3 Orange Habs
3 Bhut Jolokia's
1/2 Cup ACV
1/4 Cup Lime Juice (Fresh Lime)
1/4 Cup Water (Might leave this out next time to get it to a thicker consistency)
1 White Onion
1 Carrot
15 Cilantro Leaves
1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
3/4 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Cracked Pepper
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Turmeric

Very cool i have always wanted to make some of my own mustard and have a seen a good post on here before on how to do it. I almost asked what is ACV then i figured it out! :D

Everything on this one sounds good but im not a big fan of cilantro.

So your saying I don't have to soak it in water or do you recommened soaking them for 24 hours in water then putting in the mustard I just made?

I think Lawrence was saying that you could stir the mustard seed in now, let them absorb moisture from your sauce, which would hydrate them, and make your sauce thicker at the same time.

Correct me if I am wrong, though. :)
