Just a simple sauce.
Ingredients:
2 soaked dried Bhut Jolokia pods, 4 yellow Adjuma pods, 8 red Thai pods, 2 Cayenne pods and 2 large green Jalapeño pods, vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, brown sugar.
Put it all together in the blender, blended it all, then cooked it and put it into a cleaned bottle.
Now to let it cool down and taste it.
