Bier delivery service

I am hot, I am thirsty, and I can not drive.  There should be a bier delivery service.  Last time I was in hospital, someone from another state ordered me a pizza.  Not long ago, I used the internet to have flowers delivered to my wife.  I hear in cities you can get Chinese food delivered.

I just got a PM from a friend out of state who will be back in KY around harvest time.  I scored some authentic Vidalia ( however it is spelled ), put them in the ground today, let her know.  She said she would send me some bier if she could.  Same one who sent the pizza.

So why the hell cant someone deliver bier the way they do pizza?  I want some bier damn it.
 
Mostly it has to do with our nation's insanely complex and ridiculous alcohol & transportation laws.  But there is hope AJ - new companies like Post Mates and Door Dash are on demand delivery services that will get you whatever you like - including beer/liquor/condoms/lube/confetti/sausages & tiramisu.  Don't ask how I know that though....

In Virginia if you have an "ABC Off" license you can deliver beer in certain circumstances.  When I was a teenager I worked at a pizza and sub delivery place  that delivered beer.
 
What....they tried and still do have alcohol delivery services here in Canada......but the delivery rates are always outrageous........so now we just make sure to stock up.
 
When I lived in Germany I had 2 racks of beer, a rack of Coke and a rack of water delivered fo about 20 Marks a week
