Bloggers Can Be Fined Up to 11K Per Post for Non-Disclosure

I dont think it hurts to quickly mention wheteher or not you paid for it or got other goodies with it also. Just say "soandso sent me this sauce to review..." easy. I do think the consumers have a right to know. Although $11K is a lot of money if you forget to say it!

Personally I don't think this is that big of a deal. I prefer a little disclosure myself. Money and shiny things have been known to influence a person's opinion.
