Blue Cheese

Has anyone tried to make blue cheese?

I'm thinking about trying to make a batch sometime in the near future.

Kinda got hooked on really good blue cheese after a recent visit to France, and then having a friend from the UK insist that British Stilton is miles better than French Roquefort. For me they are both equally great. But pricey, so here's why I want to try to make some myself!

I've looked into the process, and it seems no more complicated than making a batch of homemade beer.

Does anyone have some advice, or know some good places to get good cheese culture (Penicillium Roqueforti), rennet , and all other necessary stuff?
