Blueberry Sauce

Thought I posted one before but it may have been with cranberries. Need some pancake syrup badly
 
 
-Blueberries 1.5kg
-Cinnamon stick
-Vanilla bean
-Honey
-Chile powder to taste
-Salt
 
Simple and yummy
 
Cook everything and add Honey last before bottling, blitz.

Nice one! I have some frozen blueberries from last season. You think they'll do? I also have a fair amount of cloudberries that I've been thinking of doing something with. Maybe I'll make a powder of my dried apocalypse scorpion peppers and do something like this. Thanks for the share. It gave me inspiration!
